At RainSisters, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new designer raincoat; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number to request a Return Authorization and receive the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags attached, then pack it securely in its original RainSisters packaging.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
